48 Hours Film Competition 2019

Media Productions (AKA Missing Pixels) crowned second runner up in the 48hours film festival 2019.

Our film ‘Toast’ was chosen as one of Sir Peter Jackson’s wildcards, and came 3rd out of the 530 teams that entered the 2019 competition.

On Friday the 14th of June some of the Media Productions team entered the competition and were given 48 hours to write, film and edit a short film.

The genre we were given was ‘real time movie’, as well as some compulsory elements which had to be in the film. This included; wind, laughter, a double take and an overhead shot.

Pete, Jethro, Richard, Nic and Folko came up with concept of putting a piece of toast in the toaster and see what happened in the time it took for it to pop.
